Your treatment plan will be discussed with you and you will be able to contribute to the suggested approach.

Additional costs
Homeopathic remedies are included in the cost of your appointment, however repeat prescriptions or replacement remedies that have been lost or damaged will be charged for.
There may be additional costs for other products such as vitamins, supplements etc that may be recommended for you. You are not obliged to purchase these items but you should discuss how this might impact your progress with your practitioner if you decide not to take them.
Payment
Please note that payment is due when you book your appointment or block of appointments and can be made by cash, credit/debit card or bank transfer.
Pay It Forward scheme
The Love My Health PIF scheme is designed to support people who would like to access Love My Health services but are unable to afford the full cost.
The scheme is supported by contributions from the public and from Love My Health profits. There may be a waiting list for PIF appointments but we will try to offer you the appropriate services as soon as we can. Please see our full PIF Terms and Conditions here.
Cancellations
We require 48 hours’ notice of cancellation if appointments cannot be kept.
In the case of short notice cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) we will do our best to fill the appointment but if we are unable to do so then the full consultation fee will be charged. However, in most cases, this fee can be waived if at the time of cancellation another appointment can be made and subsequently kept within one month.
If an appointment is not kept and no cancellation notice is given then the full consultation fee will be charged and not refunded.
Practitioner cancellation
If a practitioner is unable to attend a consultation due to illness or extenuating circumstances then we will give as much notice as possible of the cancellation and will offer a suitable replacement appointment as soon as possible.
